Every session is built around a deliberate playlist. The music sets the cadence before your mind can negotiate. You’ve already moved before you decide to.

Structure

The weekly rhythm is fixed. Saturday dance fitness. Midweek boxing. The decision is already made. Consistency doesn’t require discipline when the environment removes the choice entirely.

Environment
